A Doula is a trained non-medical professional, who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support, before, during, and after childbirth.

Your Doula cannot make medical decisions for you, but it is our job to make sure you have all the facts and are educated to make an informed decision with your medical team.

Most people secure their Doula in the beginning of their second trimester, but I welcome clients at any stages of pregnancy and postpartum. The longer we work together before you give birth, the longer we have to prepare your wishes and build a strong supporting relationship together.

Built to Birth Wellness Co. is currently serving all of Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts.

If at any point your OB care is transferred to Boston Massachusetts I will follow you there

Travel fees may apply, based on a case by case situation.

At this time, Built to Birth wellness co. does not accept insurance, but we can provide you with itemized receipts and paperwork to submit for potential partial payment from your insurance. (No reimbursement for fitness or nutrition care)

Yes! To secure your spot for your birth it is a $500 deposit and remaining balance is due by time of birth.

After your inquiry, we will schedule a call to discuss your goals, preferences, and the type of support you are looking for. This gives us the opportunity to make sure we are a good fit for one another.
